Due to the high operating costs of battleships, Muxue Shipyard has launched a smaller, full-sized combat ship.

[b]An armored cruiser with automatic repair armor, capable of withstanding at least 5 layers of armor-piercing.

For a long time, large ships have been unable to pass through the safe but narrow ice-channel gaps. The vast ice ocean is the main route; however, the distant seas are dark and endless, with no icebergs as reference points. Classic short-range sonar from Europa II is almost unusable in these waters, and monsters in this area can only be dealt with by passing ships. Various factions on Europa II also find it difficult to deploy their nimble warships here.

The cruiser is intended for maintaining and clearing routes, with more economical operating costs and fuel consumption. It is experimentally equipped with medium-to-short-range radar and uses the same large bridge as the MUX21. Due to structural size limitations, its nuclear bomb resistance is weak, but it is still equipped with multi-layer anti-piercing armor.

The ship features a military-style interior, with multiple systems distributed throughout the ship redundantly. The core area has 9 meters of nuclear bomb-resistant armor and 2 meters of anti-piercing armor. Processing areas, backup reactors and engines, dormitories, and dining areas are located throughout the hull. The interior overall follows a functional military style. This ship has the durability to handle playing the T.S.M module.

The hangar carries two small boats for nuclear bombing and combat missions. Nuclear bombs require pulling a lever to unlock the trigger, after which a sound notification occurs. (Ships in the hangar can be replaced; the interface has charging functions, and additional compartments can maintain the boats or carry your own small boats.)

All doors have delayed automatic closing.
Two reactors can balance power with each other to prevent circuit issues if one reactor fails.
Two engines are divided into two groups for control (cockpit), and cruise speed can be chosen manually.
Reactors, backup batteries, and mounted small boats can all serve as additional power sources. Reactors can be emergency shut down and will not explode.
The ship is equipped with numerous water pumps and automatic repair foam. When a room is detected to be flooded, it can automatically repair itself, or repairs can be manually operated from the cockpit. Foam activation may cause lag.

The on-board shrine is modeled after Izumo Taisha (Tsukasa-cho, Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, Kitsuki Higashi 195), specifically the auxiliary shrine 'Suga Shrine,' primarily dedicated to 'Susanoo-no-Mikoto,' known for the myth of 'Slaying the Yamata no Orochi.' It is hoped that this ship will also possess the power to cut down deep-sea worms.
