Immersive interactions

This mod adds new interactive capabilities for your character, based on mechanics from the mod Animated Arms Adaptive Combat.

Note: It is recommended to install this mod above all other mods to avoid compatibility issues.

Main Features:

• Interaction menu on the [N] key (not reassignable) — allows you to perform various actions: shout, point, push, pretend to be handcuffed, and more.

• Ability to perform kicks on the [R] key (by default) — an effective way to push back an enemy or create distance in melee combat. This action is bound to the "Creature Attack" button and can be reassigned in the control settings.

• The character now follows the mouse cursor with their gaze. This makes gameplay more immersive and allows you to "read" other players' intentions, such as where they are about to shoot or if they are looking at you.

Detailed Breakdown of Interactions:

• Pointing — allows for non-verbal coordination with your team. Depending on the situation, the character will either snap their fingers (if one hand is free), clap their hands (if both hands are occupied), or knock on a door if standing next to it. This is a great way to get attention or indicate a direction without using voice chat.

• Fists — the basic melee tool when no weapon is at hand. Allows you to throw punches, stunning or dealing minor damage to an opponent. Can be useful in brawls or for finishing off a downed enemy.

• Pushing — an effective technique for distance control. A push can knock an opponent off balance, throw them back, or interrupt their attack. Especially useful in the tight corridors of a submarine or near dangerous machinery.

This mod is for those who want to add more realism and tactile depth to communication and combat.
