Captain Expansion

Significantly expands the Captain role by introducing new talents focused on leadership, combat, economy, and crew support.

The mod also adds several new submarine upgrades, including advanced sonar systems and weapon improvements, providing captains with more strategic tools during long campaigns.

New Captain Talents

New Ship Upgrades

Rapid Loading System

Reduces turret reload time, allowing weapons to maintain higher sustained fire during combat.

Extended Sonar Range

Increases sonar detection range, making navigation and threat detection easier.

Sonar Calibration

A completely new sonar mechanic.

Active sonar pings can stun and push back hostile creatures detected within the sonar cone.

Higher upgrade levels increase stun duration and effectiveness.

Infection Detector

Allows the sonar to detect infected lifeforms and biological threats.

Detected targets appear on the sonar similarly to mineral deposits, providing early warning of potential danger.
