Vanilla Gear Expanded
Dress for the job. Armor up for everything that goes wrong while doing it.
Vanilla Gear Expanded adds 26 armored versions of vanilla job uniforms, including Coalition and Jovian Separatist variants.
Each profession receives unique skill bonuses, trade-offs, and additional inventory slots. The uniforms protect the entire body except the head, but provide less physical protection than vanilla body armor and slightly reduce walking and swimming speed.
Obtaining
Uniforms can be crafted using 1 Organic Fiber and 4 Ballistic Fibers, or purchased from merchants after reaching 25% campaign difficulty, roughly around the second biome.
Deconstructing a uniform returns all crafting materials.
The uniforms use the inner clothing slot and can be combined with vanilla body armor. Doing so provides excessively strong protection and is not part of the intended balance.
