Deep beneath the frozen seas of Europa, countless lives endure the weight of Coalition rule. They have watched innocent people detained without just cause, their resources stripped away by relentless sanctions, and entire colonies forced to choose between submission and survival. What began as the Jovian Movement has since united scattered colonies and outposts under a single purpose: to safeguard every man, woman, and child who still believes in self-determination.

Thus was born the Europan Co-Prosperity Sphere — an alliance forged not for conquest nor for terror, but for survival. They do not seek dominion over Europa. They seek only the strength to endure, and the resolve to carry our struggle forward until tyranny no longer has a place beneath those frozen oceans.
