[KVR] MICRORAPTOR 小盗龙级

The Microraptor-class (MICRORAPTOR) is a light, fast gunboat built by Border Armament Industries (B.A.I). It is equipped with two electromagnetic guns and one twin-barrel electromagnetic gun, and is fitted with a powerful engine, giving it a lavish configuration of firepower and mobility. However, to accommodate the massive weapon systems and engine, the designers sacrificed almost all internal space: the cramped hull has no cargo hold and no crew lounge, and the cockpit was forced to move forward to the bow. This extremely constrained and fragile layout makes the Microraptor-class more likely to be disabled under fire than conventional vessels.

Nevertheless, this radically designed ship is popular with some young, stylish captains. Jupiter separatists also frequently use it to harass and raid undefended Coalition outposts; some extreme pirates even refit the bow twin-barrel electromagnetic gun into a railgun specifically to hijack civilian ships.
