Tips

Unable to Finish the Map? Do the paths lead to a dead-end because the World Portals are missing? Are you stuck in a white field? You probably need a new copy of the map. It's a rare Steam issue (map probably corrupted during download) that is beyond the designers control. Just delete the puzzle, exit out of Portal 2, add a fresh copy, open Portal 2 and give the new instance a try. Once a map is corrupted, restarting the messed up copy will not work. This tip works with other puzzles as well.

Black Portals in Every Map If the Portals work but are black for almost every puzzle that you play, this Discussion may offer a solution. I Can't See Through Portals
