Heyyoo Portal 2 Community, I just thought it is my duty to teach everyone how to bunnyhop, because being able to run faster and jump further is a really nice advantage of bunnyhopping. So I made this quite easy map.

To be able to learn bunnyhopping you first have to set the JUMP command onto the mousewheel. This you do by opening the console in Portal 2. (If you don't know how to open the console in the game, just look in the options of the game and enable the console. Then you have to go to the keyboard options and define a key [like F1] for opening the console) Then you have to type these two commands into the console:

bind mwheeldown +jump bind mwheelup +jump

Now you jump by scrolling your mousewheel.

To bunnyhop you just have to continue this cycle:

---> scroll Mousewheel + hold D + turn right ---> scroll Mousewheel + hold A + turn left --- |_____________________________________________________________________|

(These are 2 jumps, always one JUMP with turning smoothly right and holding D and after that one JUMP with turning smoothly left and holding A)

It is important that you get the right feeling for the smooth waving. Thats why I created this BunnyHopTRAINING map. And I also show you in the map some examples where it is good to have JUMP set onto the mousewheel.
