usp ninjas cs2 port

A port of the csgo map usp_ninjas_go, which was a remake of NIPPER's original CS1.6 map.

An apartment building has been taken over by terrorist-ninjas! Each team must use their stealth-tactics and ninja-skills to defeat their enemy.

CT Side - Objective: Infiltrate the building and eliminate all terrorists before the round time is up. Condition: Cannot enter the building for the first 10 seconds of the round

T Side - Objective: Hide in the shadows and try to ambush the CTs. Condition: Not allowed outside the building

• fix ability to pick up and throw flash bangs
• fix sliding doors getting stuck on players
• fix some spawn points
• add mini map call out names
• remove extra usp's on ground
