Action takes place in Italy in a construction site of a young city. There once was a village in the place of this construction site but because of the rapid expansion of the new city, the residents were beign forced to sell their land to big companies for an unfair price. The past residents of this area quickly became protesting. This made the City Council let a small portion of the land not be sold and cancelled the destruction of a house which was already close to beign destroyed by the team. Past residents seeing that their protests did little decided to arm themselves and blow up: A.The building that was still beign built B.The front of a side entrace of a building bought by a rich company. It was also planned by them to steal the potential money from the safes near the bombsites to destabilize the enemy's economy and have the money to fund another attacks across the city. While on their way they were encountered by the police that notified the Counterterrorists about the suspects. They crashed into a metal pillar near the dumpsters which were close to their destination. Terrorists and Counterterrorists coincidentally happened to prepare for the action at the same time with Counterterrorists beign closer to the bomb sites.

As a Terrorist you have to blow one of the mentioned targets and by doing it deal damage to the city As an Counterterrorist you have to stop the terrorists from blowing up the targets and help the city expand.
