added more Gamemodes (Casual, Competitive, Deathmatch) added weapons on the floor

In order to use the map only for warmup, I recommend that you create a file under "Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\cfg" called "YOURCONFIGNAME.cfg" put in the settings below and load it via the console with "exec YOURCONFIGNAME".
