CS_OFFICE but with these differences from Valve map:

• Map version from CS:GO (what means textures\props all the same and on the same places like it were in CS:GO)

• All materials have been improved

• Night time

• Has added physics to books on the bookshelves, clock, paper cups, letters, keyboard and some other stuff. Some of these props with destructions (WIP)

• Ceiling lights has dynamic glass that can be broken

• Has been added physics to paintings to feel it like it was in CS:Source (it can be destroed)

• A bit larger map (you can saw it on the Sketchfab - "CS_OFFICE (CS:GO Real Light version)")

• Has been added some missing doors and stuff that should be on the map (like doors, mouses, keyboards)

• More hostages places variations (on the same places but a bit different)

• Added deathmath spawn points (to start deathmatch mode type in console " game_mode 2; game_type 1; restart "

Known bugs:

• bad lightmaps on the paper shutter and some other places (a bit better but still need to be fixed)
• no dynamic shadows or missing it on some angles from some light sources
• no environment sounds (kinda have it but doesn't sure that it works, lets wait when Steam Audio will works properly on custom maps)
