The alarm clock screams. Your apartment is cold. The city is asleep.

It’s just another night. As the late-shift cleaner for a worn-down city restaurant, your life is a simple, monotonous loop: wake up, go to work, clean up the day's mess, go home, and sleep. The sticky floors, the grease-caked ovens, and the overflowing trash cans are your only companions in the dead of night. It's a lonely job, but it pays the bills.

At first, the routine is comforting. But soon, the silence of the empty restaurant begins to feel… heavy.

THE ROUTINE IS BREAKING

A chair you know you put away is back on the floor. A faint whisper echoes from the walk-in freezer you just locked. A fleeting shadow dances at the edge of your vision. The mundane tasks that once offered mindless comfort now feel like a desperate attempt to maintain order in a world that is slowly unraveling around you.

HE NEVER REALLY LEFT

The day-shift staff joke about him. The vagrant who used to harass customers. The man who held a bitter grudge against this place before he simply… disappeared. They say he was obsessed with the restaurant. Now, you’re starting to believe he never left. His malevolent presence clings to the very walls, turning your workplace into a hunting ground. He watches you from the dark corners, and he doesn't like you in his space.

Your job is no longer about cleaning up spills. It's about surviving the shift.
