Pavlo Case: the “Stinking Wind” group as a threat to the Soviet Union

Within the framework of an alternative historical model, it has been established: the collapse of the Soviet Union, expected on December 26, 1991, did not occur. The attempt to destabilize the state was thwarted thanks to the actions of the security services, which allowed the Union to preserve its integrity and continue its existence up to 2026.

According to archival materials, finally processed and decrypted in 2026, the key figure of the conspiracy was citizen Pavlo — a traitor to the Motherland, acting in the interests of foreign states and representatives of the capitalist bloc (the so-called “bourgeoisie”). Pavlo headed the organized group “Stinking Wind,” which represented an extensive network of like-minded individuals with signs of a paramilitary formation. Under his leadership, members of the group carried out the transfer of encrypted data abroad. For this purpose, homemade radio transmitting devices were used, installed on the roofs of buildings in a remote village that served as the group’s main base. Back in 1991, the state security services recorded abnormal radio frequency activity. As a result of radio direction finding, the location of the village was established, after which an operation to neutralize the threat began. The intercepted signals pointed to the plans of Pavlo and his group “Stinking Wind,” aimed at undermining the state system and the possible collapse of the Union. Special purpose units were sent to the area. Despite expectations of a rapid liquidation, Pavlo and his supporters put up fierce resistance, turning the operation into a prolonged confrontation. The final decryption of all intercepted data and the restoration of the full picture of events were completed only in 2026, confirming the scale of the threat and the key role of Pavlo and the “Stinking Wind” group in the attempt to destroy the state.
