MISSION BRIEFING

A classified intelligence report has revealed the existence of a hidden underground research facility operated by the private organization known as VIRAX.

Built deep inside an abandoned mining complex, the facility has remained completely hidden from the outside world for years.

Your mission is to infiltrate the facility, secure confidential research documents and extract before security can respond.

Every area has been built individually to create a believable underground facility rather than repeating similar rooms.

GAMEPLAY

Unlike traditional survival maps, Lockdown focuses on progression and atmosphere.

Enemies appear through scripted encounters based on your location and mission progress instead of spawning endlessly.

Each new section introduces different environments, combat situations and objectives while maintaining a realistic industrial setting.

Lockdown has been designed to capture the feel of an official Counter-Strike co-op mission.

Hidden throughout the facility are collectible figures waiting to be discovered.

Once collected they remain permanently unlocked and are displayed inside the operator lobby.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Lockdown is a passion project developed with the goal of delivering a polished co-op experience for Counter-Strike 2.

Instead of focusing purely on enemy count, the mission emphasizes atmosphere, believable environments, progression and replayability.

Every system—from the custom scripting to the environmental storytelling—has been created specifically for this project.
