Precision Range | Aim Training

Precision Range is a compact, flat aim-training arena with clear sightlines, larger readable controls and the most-used weapons grouped together.

Three ways to train

• FREE PRACTICE: an untimed kill counter for your own drills.

• 100 KILLS: finish 100 targets and review elapsed time, total kills and kills per minute.

• 60s RUSH: approaching targets for 60 seconds, followed by your time, score and KPM. Replaces the previous five-minute warmup.

Set up your practice

• Choose 1–32 targets, four practice distances, stationary or A/D movement, target speed, crouch, jumping, armor and headshot practice.

• 35 weapon selections and 22 knife selections remain available. AK-47, M4A4, M4A1-S, AWP, SSG 08, Deagle, USP-S and Glock share the top weapon row.

• Larger labels and score text in the same compact arena. The distracting wall poster has been removed.

• Optional peek screens, infinite ammo, impact display and target/score resets.

• PANEL LOCK protects your selections from accidental shots or Use presses. PANEL LOCK and COUNTER HUD / WALL remain usable while locked, so you can always unlock or switch the counter.

• One counter display at a time: the lower-center HUD is the default; COUNTER HUD / WALL switches to the wall display. Yellow means locked on PANEL LOCK and HUD selected on the counter tile.

• FACE ME starts off, keeping targets facing a fixed direction. Turn it on for paced turning toward you.

• Training bots reuse their native knife. Cleanup removes unowned drops that originated from bots while preserving human-held equipment and human-origin drops. The built-in ragdoll limiter applies to bodies eligible to fade.

• A large 3–2–1 countdown starts each selected mode, followed by GAMEMODE START and one move to the central firing position.

• Results put KPM up front. Click CONTINUE to close results; Escape opens the CS2 pause menu.

Getting started Launch in Custom mode and join CT. Shoot a wall tile or approach and press Use. Choose a weapon and settings, then select FREE PRACTICE, 100 KILLS or 60s RUSH. You can move freely after the start; ordinary setting changes do not teleport you.

Your loadout skins Press B to buy your equipped loadout skins through the normal CS2 buy menu. Wall buttons grant standard weapons unless a matching weapon you already own is preserved. Existing spawn/equipped weapons are retained. New knife templates grant base training variants, not inventory cosmetics; selection uses a staged handoff.

Designed for solo local training. Local equipment does not add inventory items or unlock cosmetics. No personal crosshair or key bindings are changed.
