De_spiderman

Patrol the city as Spider-Man in this single-player CS2 Workshop map. Swing between rooftops, climb walls, and stop crimes across 10 locations, from streets to high roofs. Follow the red beacon to the current crime; it disappears when you arrive. Defeat all eight armed enemies to clear the area, then a new crime begins after six seconds. Encounters have Standard, Hard, and Elite loadouts.

Choose PLAY on the start screen to enter the city. Starting and respawning locations vary between four supported rooftops, away from the active crime. QUIT leaves the map and returns to CS2; it does not close the game.

First-time ability controls setup Launch the map locally, enable the developer console in CS2 settings, and enter these three bindings:

These bindings enable the hold-and-release ability wheel and scroll selection. They replace your existing V and mouse-wheel bindings. Outside the wheel, scrolling retains normal inventory selection. The map cannot set these client bindings automatically.

Controls (default CS2 movement and action bindings)

• WASD: move; steer while swinging.

• SPACE: jump.

• Hold RIGHT MOUSE while aiming at a building: attach a web, pull upward, and swing. Release RIGHT MOUSE to let go.

• Hold SPACE + W against a wall: climb upward.

• LEFT MOUSE: fire the wrist web shooter. One headshot or two body/limb hits defeat an enemy.

• Hold V: open the ability wheel at 0.10x game speed. Move the mouse toward an ability or scroll to cycle the preview. Release V to equip it and return to normal speed.

• E: use the equipped ability. Aim before using Web Blast or Web Yank.

• R: spend a healing charge to restore up to 100 health, capped at 250. Earn one charge per three credited takedowns. A press at full health saves the charge.

• ESC: open the CS2 menu; use Disconnect to leave the map during play.

Abilities

• WEB BLAST — Aim at enemies or a nearby surface to defeat enemies around the impact. Walls block the blast. 20-second cooldown; no cooldown is spent if no enemy is hit.

• WEB YANK — Aim directly at a visible enemy to damage and pull them toward you, within their encounter area. 6-second cooldown.

• AIR DASH — Burst forward in the direction you are looking. The dash stops at obstacles. 3-second cooldown.

The HUD shows health, takedowns, healing charges, the active ability and its cooldown, plus the nearest threat's direction, distance, and height. You start with 250 health and protection from fall damage. Fallen enemies stay down until the encounter is cleared.

Designed for solo local play. Equipped cosmetic gloves remain visible with Spider-Man sleeves; stock gloves use the red Spider-Man hands. Character movement uses CS2 animations.
