Patch 3/5/26: The Hot-fix

Greetings Defenders,

This hotfix focuses on correcting several issues related to Halloween Spooktacular rewards, Rift accessory behavior, and a few loot table inconsistencies. We also added a couple of new Rift accessories for players progressing through Rifted Pure Strategy.

Halloween Spooktacular Updates

• Fixed an issue where the Hallow’s Evil Grin was not dropping in Mixed Mode

• Fixed an issue where the Hallow’s Evil Grin was not dropping in Survival

• Removed the Gold Ramstercan from the Halloween Spooktacular gold accessory loot table

• Removed the Fused Ramstercan from the Halloween Spooktacular gold accessory loot table

• Loot now properly spawns in regular Massacre mode

• Enabled all pumpkin spawn points in Pure Strategy and Mixed Mode

• Campaign intentionally does not include these pumpkin spawners, as the mode is meant to help players get their feet wet with the map

Rift Accessory Updates

• Fused Soldier’s Bracers no longer completes any Fusion armor set

  • The fusion effect tooltip has been cleaned up to better reflect what the accessory actually does

• Fused Sapphire Brooch no longer completes any Fusion armor set

  • The fusion effect tooltip has been cleaned up to better reflect what the accessory actually does

• Fused Kringler’s Cap now drops properly

New Rift Accessories

• Fused Golden Scarab

  • Fuses Defense 3

  • Drops from Bazaar on Massacre Rifted Pure Strategy

• Fused Nature’s Wrap

  • Fuses Defense 2

  • Drops from The Mill on Massacre Rifted Pure Strategy

Known Issue

Halloween Spooktacular still cannot currently be played with Bonus Difficulties enabled. We are actively looking into this and expect it to be addressed in Monday’s patch.

Looking Ahead. Monday’s update is planned to include a new Crystal Core transmog, a new weapon, and the introduction of the Map of the Week system for Pure Strategy and Challenges.
