Patch 4/13/26

Greetings Defender,

This week’s update introduces a new Map of the Week rotation alongside additional rewards, balance changes, and bug fixes. We’ve also made further adjustments to pets and defenses to improve overall balance and progression. Full details can be found below.

New Map of the Week

The Mill

Campaign

• Completing the Map of the Week on Nightmare and Massacre now awards double rune drops.

Survival / Mixed Mode

• Must be completed with Rifted Mode enabled.

Nightmare Rewards:

• Fused Militia

• Fused Woodland Glaive

• Dice Pet

Massacre Rewards:

• Arcanist gloves

• Dice Pet

• Fused Dragoon

Pure Strategy

• Must be completed with Rifted Mode enabled.

Nightmare Rewards:

• Hen Blaster

• Tower Dice Pet

• Fused Militia Armor

Massacre Rewards:

• Hen Blaster

• Tower Dice Pet

Note: All 3 tower variants now have a chance to spawn

• Fused Clearly Not PPE

Bug Fixes

• Nature’s Wrath now properly fuses Defense 5.

• EV, Guardian, Summoner, and Warden action figures now correctly provide 10% more boost than standard gemstones.

  • Note: This was achieved by restoring the ability power coefficient to 1 and adjusting the post-multiplicative additive value to -0.9 (from -1).

• Evil Hallow’s Grin can now be traded.

• Hero Statted Evil Hallow’s Grin can now be traded.

• Tower Fused Genie’s Lamp now correctly deals Rift damage.

Pet Updates

• EV, Guardian, Summoner, and Warden action figures had their stat scalars reduced from 1.0 → 0.75.

  • Note: These pets were consistently rolling higher stats than intended compared to options like the Ede Corgi and other tower pets. This change brings them more in line with overall balance.

Tower Updates

• Blockade defenses now gain +15% armor when fused.

  • Note: This change helps fused walls better withstand non-fused enemies while in Rifted Mode.
