Dune: Awakening - 1.5.3.3 Hotfix Patch Notes

This hotfix requires a client-side download. Remember to restart your Steam client if the download does not appear automatically for you. Servers will be coming back up shortly.

FEATURES AND CHANGES

Story, Journey and New Player Experience:

• Added a fallback where for issue where QTE inputs were sometimes not registered in the Awakening cinematic during Forty Fears, where it auto-completes after 10 seconds.

User Interface:

• Removed the legacy "Balanced" Graphics Mode option that was still visible in the Display settings on PS5 after the mode was removed. It was later replaced by Quality.

FIXES

Technical and stability:

• Improved server and client stability.

• Fixed an issue that could lead to progression loss for some players.

• Fixed an issue where failing to join a server would display the wrong character data in the Characters tab, which could lead to players deleting or joining the wrong character.

Resources, Building, and Crafting:

• Fixed an issue where the Base Reconstruction Tool could leave some pieces in the incorrect positions.

Worldbuilding and Exploration:

• Fixed an issue where entering any Overland map, reconnecting or respawning fully restored HP and reset Power to 0.

Story, Journey and New Player Experience:

• Fixed an issue where the "Place your backed up base" journey step sometimes failed to complete after placing the base.

User Interface:

• Fixed and issue where ping would not show correctly on Consoles.
