Chornobyl Expansion and many QoL improvements are available!

We're glad to release the long-awaited update for Bus World that features Chornobyl map expansion, new scenarios, new camera behavior physics and many other minor changes! It's already available on Steam and will be also available on other platforms soon.

So, the most noticeable change is the new part of Chornobyl map. We expanded the forest part to the South from the Red Forest and added swamps there. This is also the place where two new scenarios take place. One of them features the rainy weather which was introduced not long ago and became even better now. For those who like creating their own routes, we added a bunch of bus stops in the new area.

Recently we published a video showcasing the new first person camera physics. Now you can take a look at it yourself. It reacts to all kinds of movement of the bus, including bumps. By the way, this new camera behavior is optional and can be disabled in Settings. It should work fine with TrackIR as well.

There are more good news for those who like taking a ride in Free Mode as they can now change weather from the Garage. But you can still choose random weather in the dropdown list.

We made a lot of work to increase the overall quality of the game: made it easier and more understandable to leave the garage with or without a route in Free Mode, improved performance in some places (especially in Rockfall scenario), and gauges on Soviet buses now wander around a bit, just like they do in real life.

As you can clearly see, we are still adding new content to the game without forgetting to improve its quality and add new features. We're not stopping here, so stay tuned for more news. We'll tell you more about the future updates soon.
