It’s time we told you about the greatest power in the world of Midian… That power is… stronger than Mortis’s magic, older than the Mite’s cult, deadlier than the Demonic Blacksmith’s weapons – Love!

Oh, love is about to sweep you off your feet—it’s waiting for you in the eyes of the Mite’s Bride, in the embrace of Esha, or perhaps even within a small romantic plotline.

But that’s just the beginning. Pop the champagne, grab your paints, sharpen your quills—today, we’re launching an art contest! Craftsmen and artists, gather your inspiration! Bards and story writers, your time has come!

You can now create fan art or write a short story about Knock and win prizes from our game studio—and eternal glory, of course! Get ready; in today’s diary, we’ll tell you how much love we’ve poured into the game this week. And further below, you’ll find all the contest details!

Valentine’s Day Art Contest!

Now to the main event! We’re holding an art contest in the name of love! We’ve discovered incredible talent within our community and we want to meet new artists and writers—giving them a space for creativity.

That’s why this contest is a must, and who knows… maybe it’ll become our annual tradition! Anyone can participate; just choose one of the two categories (visual art or prose) and follow the respective rules.

Visual Art Submission Rules: The work must be created personally by you. Please attach a few photos, screenshots, or a timelapse showing your creative process. Many participants will be interested in seeing how your work was made. Your work needs to match the contest theme (love). Image size needs to be up to 2000x2000 px. Any medium is allowed, including photos and cosplay, but the final submission must be a single image. Please avoid excessive nudity. Submit your work on the forum in our Discord (or email your work or a post link to prdanila2@gmail.com, and we’ll post or share your work on our socials). Please include your name/nickname and a link to your blog. We’ll feature these links in the winner and prize winner announcements. We’re looking forward to your works! Please send them before 23:59 on March 7!

Short Prose Submission Rules: The text can not exceed 500 words. The text needs to be your original work (we believe in you, not AI). Your work should fit the contest’s theme and include at least one character from our game. Any language is accepted, but for convenience, we’ll translate all texts into English. Post your text on the forum in our Discord (or email it to prdanila2@gmail.com, and we’ll post it on our socials). Please include your name/nickname and a link to your blog—this is needed for winner and prize winner announcements. We’ll be waiting for your stories! Send them before 23:59 on March 7!

Hey, this is Andrew aka Innrey, the founder of RedBoon. Recently, you sent us some amazing Knock-themed art, and we’re so grateful to have such a cool and talented audience. You can’t imagine how important it is for us to see that the game inspires creativity. It’s a huge part of our lives, so it’s awesome to see it resonate with you! That’s why we decided to host this art contest for you! We’re really looking forward to your submissions, and we’ll happily share your work on our socials and discuss it together.

Meanwhile, development is still in full swing, so here are a few updates beyond the love theme: We’re working on new bosses to enrich the world of Midian; We’re creating new music, which you’ll be able to “unlock” in the game; We’re tirelessly fixing bugs after the update.
