Just getting some QoL updates and fixes in before the next major update :)

UPDATES

• NEW: Added default support for Windows cursors allowing for bulk assignment of size, effect and more.

• BUFF: Reworked Zoom effect. Now much faster, and supports inverted color!

• BUFF: Various UI QoL and polish

• FIX: 3D cursors disappearing on multimonitor AMD GPU systems

• FIX: Add 2 Windows presets that were meant to be in last update.

• FIX: Inconsistent sizing when adjusting Windows cursors

• NEW: scripted cursor community editing and publishing support

• NEW: pixel editor in basic and animated image editors

• NEW: more control over whats reset from settings reset button.

• NEW: Effects: streaks, trails, skew
