Hotfix 19

New

• Added new Custom Resolution inputs to cover off issues I've found with resolution detection. This should cover off all of your widescreen resolution needs.

Fixes

• Fixed issue with "Follow Ship" orders causing collisions with some hitboxes.

• Fixed the Custom Battle screen - knock-on effect of hotfix 17.

Changes

• Some balance settings were tweaked around the campaign map ship propagation.
