Hotfix 24 & Balance Changes

Fixes

• Replaced some Orbit camera code that may have been causing slowdown on some machines when next to water at a low angle.

• Redone the balancing of Missions.

Changes

• Holding alt now allows your camera to go below the water line in the battle map (RTS and Orbit modes).

• Performance improvements (Damage Manager).

• Nerfed end game spawn amount.

• Cleaned up pathway to capture point on Formore Reef.
