27 - Balance & Small patch

Fixes

• Fixed issue where the Minimap would not allow movement from an item that was hovered when the minimap was previously closed.

• Replaced the MicroProse logo on the splash screen and Credits screen.

• Fixed ReloadSpeed upgrade for ship cannons - broken after the chain shot reload/range issues.

Changes

• Missions have once again been rebalanced.
