31.5 Hotfix & Default Names fix.

To aid in the tracking of bugs & issues I've decided to fix up the names today also.

For those of you who would like to update an existing campaigns island and fleet names, just hit F2 with cheats enabled and run the command "FixDuplicateNames". You can then safely disable cheats. This action won't disable your Achievement gain. This doesn't need to be ran every time, just for existing campaigns that you'd like to update :)

Fixes

• Fixed issue preventing Order Lines & Target Triangle indicators from showing up in Battle Mode.

• Fixed issue where duplicate names were common throughout the world map for New Campaigns - Does not apply to player-owned items.

Changes

• Added a "Cheat command" for fixing Duplicate Names in existing campaigns, "FixDuplicateNames" - Does not apply to player-owned items.
