IMPROVEMENTS

• parties start the game with no governors or mayors

FIXES

• sometimes rules where not loading correct on new savegame

• it was impossible to change seat count in supreme court during game

• it was impossible to change election frequency of mayors and governors

PS: Update 15 is in the works — it’ll add more countries and new gameplay elements!
