Rebalanced Poland, Updated Debt levels, big performance overhaul
- Plane crash event now only triggers when there is a state airline policy enabled.
- Fixed minor cosmetic issue with the rendering of some policy icons after just being cancelled on the intel screen.
- Major update focusing on optimisation for rendering the game on low spec intel graphics cards, for much better framerate.
- Update to starting game conditions for the USA to include the more up to date value for government debt (big change!).
- Changed the settings for Poland to fix disproportionate number of wealthy citizens at start.
