1. Increased the happiness threshold beyond which voters get complacent.
2. Reduced the maximum impact of complacency on voters.
3. Rubber Bullets, Tear Gas and Water Cannons now all reduce the likelihood of Environmental Protests.
4. Enviornmental protests are more affected by the state of the Environment and number of Environmentalists than previously.
