Desktop+ v.2.5.3 Beta

This is an update for the beta branch of Desktop+.

New:

• Horizontal stick/touchpad scroll input during overlay drag now adjusts the width of the overlay

Changed:

• Improved accuracy of the Performance Monitor FPS counter and enabled FPS display while no VR application is running

• Amount of distance added when using stick/touchpad scroll during overlay drag now scales with the overlay's width
