Mini Update - Improved Chat Channel Colors

Chat UI now changes to the color of the chat channel you currently have selected to make it harder to accidentally talk in the wrong chat.

Colors can now be set for each chat channel. So if you don't like galaxy chat being yellow you can set it to whatever you want.
