Mr. Sleepy Man Update 4-1-2026

A quick update to address some key issues that have been recently found. More to come soon! Working hard to make the game experience as seamless as I can.

Gameplay Adjustments

• The Ballad of Broken Dreams Sequence is no longer skippable. Once you acquire the Strings of Slumber, you can not exit the sequence until the song is acquired.

  • People who accidentally skipped this sequence and finished the game will have their saves modified in this new patch, so the song should be in your inventory.

  • Input tutorial reminder for playing the guitar also added after this sequence completes.

• Extra options for launching the game at custom resolutions through Steam command. You can now launch at any aspect ratio you choose, but any ratio less wide than 16:9 may cause issues with UI elements overlapping.

Bugs and Fixes

• Fixed a bug where you would get randomly launched after trying to untie Smash Mouse's shoes.

• Fixed a softlock for Tony Pizza and Chunky Bear that prevented Scarred for Life from being completed.

• Fixes for the conditions of the Tony Pizza Memory + music now starts when entering the level.

• Music now starts when entering the Car memory.

• Fixed a bug that got you caught between cereal boxes in the Entrance to the Final Sequence.

• Fixed an instance of falling through the floor with the cage for “A Not So Secret Entrance”

• Colliders added on Teefy’s limbs in Nowhere Land during the Ballad of Broken Dreams Sequence.
