Bug fixes!

This small update just fixes some annoying issues you guys reported to us!

Bug fixes:

• Fixed the ability to overlap buildings in base builder.

• Fixed game totally freezing when searching for alliances with specific search key.

• Fixed infinite requests when searching for alliances.

• Fixed public API frequent errors.

• Fixed maintenance timer not properly showing up in-game.

• Improved target finder performance.

• Fixed outdated links in social panel.

Other changes:

• War opponents will no longer appear in target finder. (when they did, it wouldn't count warpoints, this is to avoid confusion)
