We would like to provide you with more clarifications regarding recent changes, free Coins return, free heroes dropping to your account, sensitivity issues, and more.

Free Hero Availability

Initial Heroes for Beginners

**Previously: **Maggie and Watchman **Updated: **Momoi and Ducksyde Objective: To provide a more balanced and easier learning curve for new players.

Mission-Progression Hero Rewards

Previously:

Level 2: Momoi Level 4: Momoi's Bashful skin Level 6: Phantom Level 12: N/A

Updated Rewards:

Level 2: Ceanna Level 4: Phantom Level 6: Maggie Level 12: Momoi's Bashful skin

Compensation for Changes (Already Provided Through In-Game Mail)

Ducksyde:

Players who have previously purchased Ducksyde will be compensated with 30,000 Coins.

**Ceanna: **

Players who have previously purchased Ceanna will be compensated with 30,000 Coins. Players who have already reached Level 2 but did not obtain Ceanna will now receive her for free.

**Phantom: **

Players who have already reached Level 4 but did not obtain Phantom will now receive her for free.

The above compensation has already been provided through in-game mail as of the time of update.

Known Technical Issues

Sensitivity Issues (FIXED--Edit 10.30)

Edit: This issue was fixed on 10/29. Please follow these steps to update your game:

1. Uninstall and reinstall the game to make sure your game is updated to the latest version. Inside the game, go to Settings > Keyboard and Mouse > Advanced Settings and reset the sensitivity, then try again.
2. If the sensitivity issue persists, you can navigate to the directory: C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Solarland\Saved_Steam\Config\WindowsClient. Delete all files within this folder and then restart the game to test it again.

If the above steps still don't resolve your issue, please let us know immediately.

Controls Issues (Common)

We are aware of a controller shift issue where the character does not follow the action from the player. We are working on a solution and will make further announcement on a hotfix patch. **Temporary Solution: **N.A.

PC Version Bugs (Few Instances)

We are aware of a list of bugs that appear specifically on the PC version, including very few instances of crash. We have not located the issue yet. **Temporary Solution: **N.A.

Steam Launch Issue

We're aware that some players are unable to launch the game via Steam. This may be due to having User Account Control (UAC) turned off, which prevents the system from requesting admin permissions. Temporary Fix: Run Steam as an administrator or re-enable UAC to resolve the issue.

Brightness Overexposure

Some players have reported that the game appears overly bright. This could be related to the various visual styles available in the game. Previous versions had less noticeable effects, but we've intentionally enhanced them in the recent update. **Recommendation:**This is not considered a bug at the moment. We suggest changing your current visual style settings to match your preferences. **Instruction: **Settings -> Graphics Settings -> Visual Style -> Select a Visual Style that suits you.

Performance Lag on High-End PCs

A few PC players have complained about sudden lag and low frame rates. This is likely because the game is running in real 4K on a high setting, which may not be supported on some hardware configurations. Temporary Fix: Lower the Rendering Scale from the fullscreen settings menu as an interim solution. We're working on a more permanent fix and will be incorporating DLSS technology in our 15.2 update to improve 4K performance.

Auto-Loot Bug on PC Version

Some PC players have reported an issue where auto-looting is not functioning correctly. Additionally, when pressing “F” to manually pick up items, the selected item is not always the one that gets picked up. Temporary Solution: N.A. We haven't identified the problem yet, but we're actively working on it. If you've experienced this issue, please continue to provide us with details so we can address it more quickly.

Kicked from Battlefield and Warning Received

A few players have reported that they might erroneously receive a “VIOLATION DETECTED!” warning and get kicked out of the game. This issue was caused by an anomaly in the new anti-cheat tool we added in our recent update. We have urgently addressed this issue and will continue to improve our anti-cheating system in the future.

Terrain Anomalies Issue

Some players have reported that the in-game map terrain might exhibit anomalies. Temporary Solution: N.A. We are aware of this problem and are actively working to fix it. If you've experienced this issue, please continue to provide us with details so we can address it more quickly.

Lobby Screen Blackout

A few players have reported a blackout in the lobby, preventing them from seeing characters and vehicles. We are aware of this issue and are actively working to fix it. Temporary Solution: SETTING -> GRAPHICS -> Brightness Adjust the brightness as a temporary workaround.

Abnormal Character Movement Direction

Some mobile players have reported that when using the joystick to move forward (without locked sprint), the character moves left and right instead of forward. This issue arises due to the behavior of modifying shortcut keys in accounts bound with PCs. Temporary Solution: Log into the problematic account on a PC and reset the shortcut keys.

Graphics Optimization

The game will now automatically adjust to the most optimized graphics settings based on your device, so some of you may experience worse graphics than your previous settings. To change you are free to customize these settings again to your liking.

Visual styles are also now more distinct. You can pick your favorite style depending on whether you like more colors or less.

**Instruction: **Settings -> Graphics Settings -> Visual Style -> Select a Visual Style that suits you.
