Hotfix - 1.05.009: Autosave/save crash fix

Finally identified the culprit behind the on save crashes. Decorations. Not all, but some. Saving with them in the city would essentially freeze the game on saving, push it into a loop and crash it.

That is the ONLY fix in this tiny update, but I think we can agree it's important.

My sincerest apologies to everyone who experienced these issues.
