Cloudheim: Eldmyr Update Announce

Runari, the fire serpent stirs amongst unknown skies and a new Vault is on the horizon. 

We have a major update arriving in Cloudheim next week, including our limited-time roguelite mode, a dangerous new island to explore, plus Cloudheim and the Supporter Pack will be on sale! 

The Eldmyr Update launches next Thursday, May 28th! 

Runari Rush

Remember our Noodle Jam back in April? The Roguelite mode we created is finally ready to share, as a limited time event! Next week, you’ll unlock a brand new, limited-time roguelite mode from the Main Menu and battle to save new worlds. 

Ashvyr, spawn of Jörmungandr, coils around alternate realms. As worlds fall to the fire serpent, the Bifrost opens paths for the Runari to make final stands before they are consumed. 

You’ll choose your Runari Origin (starting loadout) before the run, and then choose which world to save! You’ll unlock more Origins by completing tasks and quests in Rush.

[/carousel]Ashvyr’s breath surrounds the island from the moment you arrive, tightening as the battle progresses.

[/carousel]Fight through the serpent’s forces to collect gold and unlock chests, granting you upgrades, new weapons, and new abilities.

[/carousel] In the center of the fire storm lies a rift to Ashvyr’s champion. Call it down and defeat it before the realm is lost forever.

Every victory pushes the fire serpent back from the brink. Every failure leaves another world to burn.

Roguelites not your thing? Fear not, for we have a massive new island to explore!

Eldmyr Marsh

An entire island egg spawns a new realm in the Vault of the Gods, the largest vault we’ve ever made.

More Responsive Combat

Combat will continue to get faster, smoother, and more reactive with improvements to lasso targeting, ability responsiveness, encounter flow, and enemy behavior across the game.

Community Fixes & Improvements

This update also includes loads of fixes and quality-of-life improvements inspired by community feedback, including dungeon fixes, new puzzles, UI improvements, map tracking updates, and more.
