Cloudheim Update 42 Release Notes

Greetings, Runari!

We've pushed an update which addresses some issues you've reported.

General Improvements and Bug Fixes

• 💬 Fixed an issue that caused most weapons to not be considered for Item Level upgrades

• 💬 Fixed an issue that caused crystals to drop gold instead of resources outside of Runari Rush

• 💬 Fixed an issue that caused bad interactions between the new Blade Phalanx and giant mode

• 💬 Fixed an issue where the Quest command in the shortcut wheel showed an empty quest log

• 💬 Fixed an issue causing Fire Grobbs to no longer throw fire projectiles, making a puzzle in Arcadia more challenging

• 💬 Removed floating rope mesh and fixed a hole in the Grobb Citadel dungeon

• 💬 Fixed holes in the Wolf God’s Crypt and Corrupted Vault dungeons

• 💬 Fixed the material on some shields, spears, and clubs throughout Arcadia and Dustlanger to no longer be shiny

• 💬 Fixed Mystic blade, Lionsgrave, and Gleamsorrow swords being rotated incorrectly when attacking

• 💬 Removed water bubble puzzle collision in the Parched Temple region to prevent players getting stuck. The puzzle also now hides itself in Runari Rush

• 💬 Fixed an issue where the ‘Thanks for playing the demo’ quest didn’t immediately clear up after purchasing the full game if you last saved while on Arcadia

• 💬 Added an inspection prompt to Aspect of Fenrir in Fiblin Field on Arcadia

• Added an on screen message when you try to open the World Map but can’t because of where you are, explaining that it’s not currently available

• Fixed an issue where equipping an item into an empty slot in the loadout wouldn’t show the rarity color immediately

Runari Rush Improvements and Bug Fixes

• 💬 Disabled a feature that muted Sound Effects when viewing the run summary screen, as it could result in sound loss for the rest of the game

• 💬 Removed some debug text accidentally left enabled over the boss portal

• Most item choice cards will now highlight the associated loadout slot or player stat that they’ll improve
