For new players Custom Mode can be unlocked by completing Tape 5 (The Poolrooms).

Custom Mode menu will now always be active if you've ever enabled Custom Mode, even if you haven't completed Tape 5.

Custom Mode is set to disabled each time you start the game, and if you start a level you haven't finished.

Fixed entity ??? doesn't disappear when you look at it through a glass door.
