Patch 26-510.09
Hello Everyone,
We are releasing a minor update with some adjustments and fixes.
-
[Improved] A series of new rules and controls have been added for construction sequences. The system now checks the material and labor requirements for the construction phase in the designated work area more frequently and enforces stricter controls to prevent any potential unreasonable delays.
-
[Improved] We intend to transform the workforce—which is currently directed toward “construction tasks” based on the progression of the universe—into a more systematic sub-mechanic with a greater impact on the game through certain specific improvements and upgrades. Since these improvements are not yet complete and have not been added to the game, we are currently maintaining this system with a temporary mechanism: structures built at a distance require the workforce to wait for a certain period, and if there are idle workers in the universe, construction will begin at some point regardless.
To ensure this subsystem functions more smoothly in its current state, workers traveling to construction sites at specific distances will now move using the “running” state, which requires them to move more quickly than the standard walking animations.
The animation sequences used here have been incorporated into the production plan so that they can be diversified in the next major update.
-
[Improved] A series of improvements have been made to the way certain structures and character models—added with the latest update—are handled by the tools that manage their memory usage.
-
[Improved] A small additional check has been added to the existing infrastructure, which runs during the load phase and performs debugging by verifying the consistency of the universe.
-
[Fixed] It was determined that the worker limit assignment for the construction of the Advanced MetalWork structure was based on an incorrect number, and this has been corrected.
-
[Fixed] In the Northern Forest biome, an issue was identified and corrected regarding the delayed operation of the distant fog component rules, which fill in or intensify the horizon line and sky layers based on seasonal and day/night cycles.
-
[Fixed] It was found that the material simulating raindrops sometimes caused backlight reflection, resulting in a less natural appearance; therefore, the material was changed to achieve a more natural look.
