Community Challenge: Labor of L.O.V.E

The federal government has reached out to your office to inform you that your city has been selected as the flagship location for a new criminal justice initiative known as the the Labor-Oriented Violation Enforcement program, or the L.O.V.E program.

In this challenge, you are tasked with designing an industrial city where labor and participation is presented as an opportunity to regain freedom. Let the architecture, scale, and atmosphere reveal the reality behind the true meaning of L.O.V.E.
