This patch includes the following fixes:

• Fix SteamVR Index controllers bindings UI crash when trying to edit custom bindings

• Fix some crashes when trying to exit the game

• Fix 'stuck on recenter' bug

• Fix hand orientation bug when using Meta compatibility mode

• Added an option for Index controllers in the settings menu to swap the functionality of the trigger and grip buttons during combat
