Update Fixes

1. Fixed an issue where changes to monster speed, turning, and other parameters in the config file would not persist after restarting the game.

2. Fixed an issue where lightning strikes on lightning rods were too rare due to the large size of the archipelago map.

3. Fixed various issues with the following behavior of large creatures like the Gene Dragon.

4. Increased the detection range of the player interaction ray.
