Beta update 0.3 on experimental branch

Hello, there's a new beta update out in experimental. A lot of bug fixes. A lot of lot of bug fixes. And the start of the research mechanic.

This update is only on experimental until I can be sure the save versioning works for everyone, then its back to the main branch.

Patch notes will be updated with the full version since it'll be merged with a more content-heavy update, though the notes for the current experimental build are in game and on the discord.
