Hotfix #7 (08/03/26)

Made the EMP Charge undroppable to prevent throwing it away in confusion about how to use it.

Removed the throwable items radius display if item quantity is zero.

Clarified the 'cannot build here' tooltip to 'cannot build underground'.

Fixed a crate respawning items in Facility Mu.

Fixed the throwable items radius appearing in build mode after placing a construction, if the current hotbar slot contains a throwable item with a radius.
