Hotfix #12 Ram usage, slow downs and crashes.

Fixed a major RAM usage issue that was causing crashes and slowdowns. Building mode may have triggered this issue, so it has been disabled for now while I continue investigating. Because of this, the Tavern in Oakenvale can no longer be modified at this time.
