Odd Town 1.0.1 Hotfix

Changelog:

• Fixed bubbles not appearing for the Twins (needs testing by someone who experiences the bug)

• Fixed bubble scaling for npcs when they are buying drugs (text was too small)

• Fixed issue when shaking down an npc with high mouse sensitivty would make the shake bar impossible to fill (Shake downs now have fixed mouse sensitivity)
