Kaetram v2.2.3a

This update contains some quick fixes to issues presented in the last build. The full change-log:

• Fixed keybinds not saving after closing the client.

• Fixed highlights not displaying properly when toggling divinity.

• Added cheese block recipe.

• Increased the coal stock for stores.

• Re-introduced feathers to the boss drop tables.

• Adjusted prices for some items after watching the market.

• Decreased the cooldown for the global chat for all ranks.

• Removed the Evil Santa quest requirement from Rebirth of Snow.

• Soul Dragon's defenses now reflect his weaknesses and his placement in the combat triangle.

• Temporarily reinstated the Rebirth of Snow quest. Note: This quest will go away permanently after January.
