Optimization of role filtering function

1. Optimized the classification display of the role list, now only showing the main team, squad, deputy general, appointed, and idle roles for easy searching.
2. Fixed the issue where the character list could only display two pages.
3. Fixed the error display on the expansion and upgrade interface for special buildings that cannot be expanded.
4. Optimized the real-time data update of the team dispatch interface after upgrading the relevant technology of the combat department.
