Added Thai Language!

Added Thai Language in this update! :)

Also:

• QoL: save/restore settings for the Hammer, Crowbar, and Wrench :)

• QoL: added highlight effects on toolbox slots (highlight the slot something can be placed in, better feeling of reactivity)

• BUGFIX: rendering errors with some materials in UI contexts are fixed now

• BUGFIX: Bowl of Coal shouldn't heal non-Fireguy anymore
